I used this installer with regret. I would not engage this business for any form of electrical work as they will charge aggressively and then not back it up. I used the business to install a high end solar system and paid a small fortune to ensure quality and used a local believing that if something went wrong I would have someone local to address any concerns.Well I learnt that this installer is well know in the industry for doing just that...charging a small fortune doing a substandard job and then is not interested in assisting you once it falls over. In my case I placed through no less than four phone calls over a period of four days in order to have the installer assist with a problem on the solar system. I had not one returned phone call...amasing service so far. Then I was told in an arrogant fashion that my system was out of warranty and to find someone else as he was not interested in assist with the problem. This individual will be on a current affair soon enough....in the mean avoid this business like the plague.
