Pandora

I went to this store wanting to purchase some earrings, it was crazily busy as Black Friday sale - the casual girl that help me scan the wrong code of hoop earrings and charged me more. I asked her why is it more and I even showed her a picture of the online sale as to what it is discounted too- then suddenly the manager went out to say” there’s a huge price increase. “She didn’t even check. It was really poor service and very rude . So I said I’m not going to buy them I’ll get them online. So I did I got them online at the price advertised. Shouldn’t all prices be the consistent in store as well as online? . I wouldnt go back here . I think the manager said whatever she wanted.

Very helpful staff, when one was finally free. Gorgeous shop full of beautiful stock! Maybe need more Staff on during the busy times though.

I went to this store and purchased two gifts with a total sale value of over $150. The initial service was great until I had to return the gifts. I was told by a sales person in the Rundle Mall store as long as I had a picture of the receipt I would be able to exchange for a more expensive product and just pay the difference. I had the photo and product I wanted to exchange but the person I was served by refused to do the exchange as the photo didn't have the barcode at the top of the picture. When I relayed what the Rundle Mall store had said she told me Well go into the city and get them to exchange it". She was so rude I will NEVER step into this store again. They are the worst store I have visited in a long time. If you want Pandora I suggest going to another store or buying online"

Went in there today to look for something for a friends daughters birthday present. The young man that served me was very helpful & made the selection very easy.

Extremely rude staff. I went in buy some rings and this lady in scarf comes by and spoke so rudely to me. All the time she was showing me rings it was like I am making her do to much work. She was rude to answer any questions. If you dont like your job then why work? Learn some customer service.

The staff though they were really busy with the stress of Christmas and Black Friday were still really friendly, their poor store was really hot though so I hope they get better air conditioning. The lady who served us was incredibly kind in going through the options with us.

Cool jewelry but some were too complicated.

Today i was in shop around between 2-4 O’clock nd i was there bcs i want to by gift for my sister in law nd there is a two lady in shop nd even i was in shop but they did not even even welcoming us even i just go to there two lady nd say I would like to buy this nd the lady was came to us nd serve us but another lady with google she was just laughing nd she just look us like we can’t afford the pandora thing nd then even we bought that one nd we r going back she was continuously laughing the only one girl is good she was there , another with glasses she was like racism she did not even help us to buy something even with her I felt like very bad. Not good customer service i hope thet store manger can got that one nd in future the shop will have good future.
