Manly Beach Laundry

Not a bad spot for self laundry, but I dont think their hot water works. White cloths don't come out as they usually do.

I remember this place when I was in my teens living in Manly. I haven't been in there for quite awhile but a few years back I was dropping off a heap of clothes and I would pick it up all clean and folded and then did a awesome job. I dropped two suits here to be dry cleaned. They came back smelling horrible. I don't think they do a proper dry cleaning process, or they are re-using dirty water to save money. The suits literally smelled like musty dirt, way worse than when they were dropped. In addition, there were several parts of the suit where heat had been applied too aggressively and had permanently damaged the fibers.When I returned for a refund, they would not provide a refund. They would only take the suits back and try again. I then had to buy a new suit after flying to a business meeting, and expensive hassle. When I returned, the suits still smelled bad, but not as bad as before. I won't ever go here again.I give them two stars because they are at least friendly and have a good location to the Eastern hill of Manly, despite their poor quality.

Owners are very freindly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and their machines are in much better condition and do a better clean and dry than many other laundromats in the area.Will be back if needed.

Nice place, amazing and friendly owners, who always can help you. Price is not bad as well. Recommending to all local, who living in this area.

Inexpensive $4 for 1/2 hour wash hot or cold water. Dryers $1 for 6 minutes dry. Ironing shirts by hand, suits etc dry cleaning at very reasonable rates.Friendly helpful owner just say hi when you arrive and she will assist you with change for machines or sell washing powder by the scoop.

Friendly service and accommodating staff, would recommend. I dropped a huge load of clothes which I needed to be ready within 18 hours due to and they obliged.

Very friendly owners, always kind and happy to see us! Dryers are very large and dry quickly and it has good hours.

The washing machine pipes must be dirty because your clothes smell after the wash and are stained. The staff are friendly but when you make a complaint they always have an excuse and don't take ownership of the matter. I won't recommend washing any valuable clothing or branded clothing here as the machines are also very rough on your clothes and can sometimes rip them.
