Rude and arrogant staff that mock and outright belittle when asking for help highly recommend another store

RidiculousOrdered click and collectArrived at store and the order was not ready nor had it been started.Had to pick my own stock of which items were missing even though they still showed stock whilst I was at the store 2 days after ordering.An employee semi helped me find some stuff.As items were missing I had to find alternatives to which there would be money owing in my favour.34 degree day, 2 babies and wife just home from major surgery waiting in the car.No sense of urgency or even decency to maybe comp some items or heavily discount. I even added other items to my shopping to see if they would possibly offer. Negative.So to summarise, poor service, poor communication and I ended up spending more money than I should of.Every time I have done click and collect at multiple other stores it seems really badly organised.Get a better system to service the click and collect orders.Disjointed.Some of the above grievances apply to the Braybrook store also.I will have to find a better staffed store.Also to add to how disorganised this is.Not 4 mins after leaving the store I received a sms and an email telling me my order was ready for pick up.Couldn't be possible as I know the stock wasn't there and clearly I had just picked my own order 10 mins before.EDITED - Post discussion with David - store manager.Given the quick response to my issues and a generous offer I have since changed my rating from 1 to 3.Issues will still arise as it is retail after all but with prompt responses and offering to fix any out of pocket expenses I would be happy to give them another try.

Justin is really helpful and amazing person. Really great service. My advice is that if you want quality service ask for Justin, even if you had a staff member not helping out, ask Justin he will help you out, he is really friendly, professional and he will make you feel comfortable. Really happy at BCF yesterday. Went for a gas bottle refill.

The staff member who helped me today when I visited the store (Laura) went above and beyond in helping me find everything I was looking for when I was in a rush. The team was very polite and helpful all round.

Purchased an Engel a year and a half ago and bcf Watergardens didn’t want to honour the quoted 3 year warranty. Absolutely no help.

Friendly staff and good range of products. Got 2 gas bottles filled up with no stress as well.

Great place had what I needed

Had a small issue with an XTM fridge (turned out to be my fault anyway), but the staff member 'Rodney' provided excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful.

Wanted to buy a fridge. Try to obtain price and availability, however the only sales person did not arrive as promised. I left after 10 minutes and bough one elsewhere
