What a great store. Not only is it the biggest caravan accessories store I have ever seen, it has in stock everything a caravaner needs. We are doing the big lap around Australia, and for the past 10 days I have been looking for a weight distribution solution for the car/caravan. Other similar stores across eastern Victoria could not help me, but Dave at Award RV had the knowledge and parts in stock to help me. He even came out to the car to check my setup. Great service and a great store!

Lots of staff who seem to know what they're on about. Massive selection of products with both quality and el cheepo versions to suit your budget. Car park can get pretty hectic but has some entertainment value watching people attempting to come and go with little space to spare.

It really is an RV Super Store. As well as having a huge range of RV accessories from the kitchen to the bathroom to everything for the exterior, there are towing accessories, wheel chocks and spirit levels, water filters and hoses and even comfy chairs. I didn't see a kitchen sink there, but mustn't have been looking hard enough! The staff are super friendly and helpful as are fellow customers. Can't wait to come back with my extended shopping list.

I'm fitting out a camper van and went in looking for a special 2 way light switch. After going to several places that specialize in electronics and couldn't help, Richard from Award helped me work out a wiring diagram that used a standard double light switch. after going back again to get it clearer in my head he happily showed me again. And I didn't even buy anything. Went home and the next day wired the lights to Richards instructions and presto :) I have bought a few items from them before and have noticed it's not worth shopping around. They will match an honest price.Richard, thankyou, your a Legend.

If you can't find it, they probably dont make it, very reasonable prices and plenty of stock, found a part missing out of a box when we made it home, called the next day and they posted it out free of charge without an issue, would highly recommend allowing a couple of hours to have a good look around.
