Nicky and Jess are genuine and attentive, with a wealth of knowledge. They were happy to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot :). I had the best time meeting & learning with both of them! The Intensive course is well structured, and the hands-on part is the best. You will end up practicing grooming on dogs almost every day of the 10 days. After completing the course, I am competent with my grooming skills and have the confidence to start my next challenge. With the bonus of meeting great people along the way and a great support team after the course. The whole Australian Dog Grooming School team is welcoming, friendly and helpful. For anyone wanting to learn dog grooming, I highly recommend- this is the place to go! 10/10

I recently completed the 10 day intense combined grooming course. Nicky Renwood’s teaching style applies her extensive knowledge and industry experience in a practical and easy to understand format that allows students to utilise excellent grooming tools and facilities. The course is run in a friendly team environment that helps build student confidence. I now have a good understanding of the skills required to groom different dog breeds as well as a broad understanding of the different career options that I am now qualified to pursue.

I have recently graduated from the 10 day intensive course. If you are looking for a professional and interactive course, then this is the one for you. Nicki is a brilliant trainer, hands on, full of knowledge and is evidently highly skilled. ADGS provides a great team environment and high end facilities. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and leave feeling confident to commence my career as a dog groomer. Thank you!

The format and presentation of this course is fantastic. I loved that we were working with dogs nearly every day. The practical experience gained in this course is invaluable for someone wanting to enter the industry. I completed the 10 day intensive course December 2022.Nicky all around was an amazing teacher and was helpful in every way you needed.Learning on different coat types, breeds and sizes enabled me to learn everything I needed to start up my own grooming business from home. The course in general is everything you’d want in a grooming course, learning on live dogs everyday, having an amazing instructor and a super supportive group of other aspiring groomers learning alongside you made this course so enjoyable !I highly HIGHLY recommend!

I did the 10 day intense grooming course and I absolutely loved it! Nikki was an incredible teacher and moved through the content at a great pace and worked with each student individually to ensure they understood all the theory and practical elements. I feel confident in my abilities to continue grooming at a high standard and with knowledge about breeds and coat types. Post course there is also ongoing support and learning avenues which makes it even better!

I absolutely loved this course! Nicky is a fantastic educator with a wealth of knowledge, experience and charisma. Her down to earth, bubbly nature made learning fun and easy given the content!
