I bought a Calidad cartridge value pack for my Epson printer. When I opened it I found one of the cartridges was leaking. I contacted their customer support through their website and their customer service officer immediately arranged to send me a replacement set of cartridges - which have worked fine. I was extremely impressed by their responsive approach, and happy to recommend them and their product.

Terrible, terrible company. Advertises as 'Alternate to Canon Ink' but tries its best not to specify that it is a refilled cartridge.Does not work in most printers.Absolute garbage.

Calidad 510 cartridge didn't work at all with Canon pixma mp230, yet my canon 510 cartridge works fine.

Can I give zero stars. The ink cartridges for the Canon MG5150 used to work great. Now they don't work. First emailed this company the email bounced back server 'rejected the email' this was the customer service email. Now today I call and the rude gen Y clerk was of no help and all she could say was I could go back and get a refund...marvelous. No help and frankly disgusted about as unprofessional customer service as you can get. Tried to tell me how to reset the printer only problem was she was not doing what canon instructed would not listen just your typical c/s speak and bacially a droid type - well now they lost our business period. I would rather pay more and know it works. they have no idea how to do C/S like so many companies in Australia and can ill afford to lose customers in a competitive market place.

I have used Calidad products for years with no issues at all. I recently had a small fault with a cartridge and Belinda answered my email within 5 minutes and has dispatched a new cartridge to me already. I couldn't be more impressed with their support and the way they run their business and will remain a loyal customer.

I bought a set of Calidad inks for my HP printer, and found that HP had pulled a swiftie by updating the printer's firmware to stop it using 3rd party inks!As soon as I rang Calidad, they immediately sent me a full replacement set with an updated chip which works perfectly. Thanks.Moral of the story: Disable firmware updates on your printer.

I bought Calidad ink for my HP 6590. The box states this specific model and my printer will not recognise the cartridge at all. What a total scam from Calidad. Will never buy again

I purchased from Woolies ink cartridge that didn't work, my printer rejected it. A email to calidad had new cartridges sent by overnight courier. Awesome response by calidad 8-) Thank you!!
