At first I found the team helpful and prompt to respond to my emails, then over time, communication slid, I had to follow up on issues, escalating to wrong advise given. Craig, Stacey and the team have managed some of my properties for several years. Recently I came to sell a second one and there was again no-question that I would reengage them to manage the sale. I may have paid a little more although it was well worth it for the peace of mind and the professionalism of their sales team. As I live remotely it was important that I had the best representation on site to ensure that the sale went smoothly. They again went above and beyond resulting in a quick sale that I believe was above market for my property and kept going right through till settlement. I would highly recommend them to others needing property management or sales in this area.

We live next-door to one of the properties that Evolve manages and we asked them to arrange to have the trees and branches hanging over onto our property trimmed back. A fairly reasonable request, we thought. Evolve claimed that they contacted the owners (doubtful), that the trees are no higher than when the tenants moved in (false) and that the tenants have been maintaining the trees on their side (false). Now, we have to trim the branches ourselves but it is a satisfying feeling to throw all of them over the fence. I almost feel bad for the tenants but Evolve and the owners would not work with us to find an equitable solution.
