Horrendous customer service. Their depot is only open 8am to 4pm monday to friday, they refuse to attemp re-delivery and they only give you 5 days to pick up your item. The most inaccesible postal service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I rang toll to find lost delivery. They told.me it was getting investigated. They asked me weather l wanted to pick it up or delivered. I told toll l will l would be able to pick it up.I had sorry l missed you card. I rang them and they are telling me that it may take 24 to 48 hours for me to be able to pick the item up.Frustrated and let down by toll. Service providersthink long and hard if before you get Toll to deliverer your goods they are making you look bad..

Team Global Express aka Toll has a hell of a reputation. One that makes me groan every time I see that they are being used to deliver a parcel. They are completely incapable of completing a delivery in a timely fashion. Their drivers seem incapable of making their way from the gate to the front door and ringing doorbells when a signature is required. I hope that this is only true for their Darwin-based team but I really do wonder.Their website is not user-friendly and many of the pages that they refer you to have broken links. You cannot talk to a real person. They send you a link to an online chat service. Probably to stop you shouting in frustration at their help person. If I could give them minus five stars, I would.

Package has been sitting in the depot for 8 business days. Have called customer service 3 times and still nothing heard. Tried to find the direct number to the depot and it's disconnected.

Ridiculous customer service! Got a message saying my shipment onboard for delivery, postponed everything just to stay at home and it never comes. Called the customer service all they could do was to “open a case” and the depot would get back to me asap. At the end of the day, no contacts, no website updates, no delivery, nothing!

Toll Express should consider offering a wider range of collection times to better suit the needs of their customers.For example, they could offer extended collection hours on weekdays and weekends, as well as offering a late night collection option for those who cannot collect during the day.This would make it easier for customers to collect their parcels without having to take time off work or miss out on other commitments.In addition, Toll Express should consider offering a delivery option for customers who are unable to collect their parcels.This would provide an additional level of convenience and would be especially beneficial for those who live in remote areas or are unable to collect during normal collection hours.

Completely incompetent and don’t care a bit. Paid for 3 parcels to be delivered, a week later one is still missing, they advise over the phone they ‘Hope’ to get an investigator onto finding it soon. Will never use again and would recommend against anyone using if they want to receive all their items.

Was told to come and pick it up from the depot. Then when I got there after driving 30 km I was told it was not there so then I had to chase the truck around Darwin to get it off the driver. Not the first time either.
