Wow, what an amazing man is Chris the owner. We had to say goodbye to our little girl Bella today and he was brilliant, full of empathy and what was a frightening experience(for us not knowing what to expect) turned into one of pure understanding and love. Thank you so very much Chris, never experienced a vet like you before, we are indebted to you for caring about our girl at her time of need. Highly recommended to all.

This vet clinic is by far the most Careless vet I have ever seen the lack of care shown by staff especially the lady sitting at the front desk they definitely show no empathy for animals or owners they have a disgusting attitude and extremely rude I was disgusted in how I was spoken to by a lady over the phone.Definitely DO NOT take your beloved animals here even 1 star is to high of a rating for this vet clinic there are much better ones out there if you are thinking of going here i highly suggest you don’t

The best vet in the area and I've been to most of them. Took my cat to 5 different vets over a year, and all told me there was nothing wrong with him. this one was my last attempt, if they thought I am crazy would leave it be. Even before the examination, Mike was spot on diagnosis just by listening to my concerns and the x-ray confirmed he was spot on! Never go to anyone else again

10/10! I have been taking my little boy bootious here since he was a wee little kitten, the staff are friendly, convenient and outstanding in diagnosing illness.Bootious has been ill since Friday I took him to the emergency hospital and was sent home with zero results. I have since taken bootious to his usual vet (labrador veterinary clinic) the lovely Mark had diagnosed him and treated him with care and sent him home with the prescription needed. I WILL ALWAYS choose labrador veterinary surgery prior to anyone else.LOVELY STAFF, friendly,accommodating and reasonably priced

Five star service from everyone at the Clinic. Dr Mike Silver is a very attentive, highly skilled and knowledgeable vet. We felt very confident with his care of our cats. Its a process and he is very happy to do all he can to get to the crux of the matter without overly stressing our cats. We are very happy and lucky to have found this clinic. Seems like everyone there is working in their ideal field and it shows.

After my vet retired, I was at a loss as to where to take my dog, Poppy, who has chronic issues. So glad I found Dr Mark at Labrador Vet Surgery. He is so caring, knowledgeable and explains everything so well. The girls at reception are also always so friendly and helpful. Won't go anywhere else now. Highly recommended!!

Have been taking my dogs here for years. Really lovely vets and nurses, open minded and treat the animals with love and care. They monitored my pup when she was sick after a trip to emergency vet and I couldnt take her back home for the day, and have been great every time the dogs have their regular check ups. Not the most expensive place either. Would love if they had more staff on to answer calls though as it can sometimes be difficult to get through to them. Highly recommend.
