Anytime Fitness

The gym is small and missing a few peices I'd like to use but it's also quiet and the equipment is new, the members also seem to be friendlier too!

Great cheap gym but can get very crowded during peak times, especially in the free weights area

Had to pay an exorbitant fee to get out of my gym contract despite the gym being closed during Covid.Management and staff are not helpful and make you jump through excessive hoops when you want to cancel. Not impressed with their lack of professionalism.Would not recommend !!!Derrimut 24:7 is a much better option as they have a huge variety of classes and are staffed 24 hours.

Great gym. Facilities are always in great condition.

Before lockdown I was fully paided up with my membership fees but was sent to a debt collector to pay outstanding fees.Once I contacted the maganger at Highton (Gabby) I was told I need to fix the situation and Anytime fitness couldn't help. I was on my ownThey can send you to a debt collector, admit they made a mistake but unable to make contact with the debt collector to cancel the harassment.Truly a horrible experience. Stay away if you ever want some kind of humanity as a response from potential issues.

A decent gym, with a bit of equipment packed into a medium sized space.Unfortunately completely ruined by the snotty attitude of staff.I had an encounter with one of the young women who worked there who told me off because the leg raise machine was making noise when I brought it down. I've been working out for over 20 years, probably almost as long as this person had been alive, and never had an issue.But more importantly was the way she went about it. Even if there had been an actual problem, there's no reason for such a snotty attitude, or to talk to a grown adult - and paying customer! - like you're telling off a naughty child.It was so bad another member came up to me afterwards to ask what the hell was that about.There are four other Anytime Fitness clubs in Geelong. I voted with my feet and my wallet and now only go to the others.

Little focus on supervising and coaching members. When the place is staffed they tend to just walk around picking up weights and blu tacking annoying promos all over the gym. In the meantime membership base made up of 90% amateurs are doing the most cringeworthy movements and getting in everyone's way as they also have no understanding of gym etiquette.Good gym if you want to bring the missus along to show her how many plates you can bench press in the squat rack on a Sunday morning

The weight machines were clean and there was a good variety of different free weights and cable machines. During peak hours there can often be too many people let into the reasonably confined space!!!!

Love that they haven’t been open during COVID but can still set the debt collectors on to you.... should change there name from Anytime Fitness to Anytime Debt Collection. I’ve turned up 3 times in the last year and a half and they are setting the friggen debt collectors after me....
