The Pharmacist was very helpful. Advised me to see a doctor right away when I showed him my rash. Doctor put me on medication to help treat the rash. Would have been worse if I didn't see the doctor.

I get my prescriptions filled here but they also have makeup, skincare and other non-script items. Open 7 days really helps, I ring before to check on availability, and I usually get a park right outside. Highly recommended!

I have been a regular customer at Pharmacy Express Fairy Meadow for many years. The team have always been helpful and caring, that is until today.An individual who claimed to be the owner who in my many years visiting the Pharmacy I have never seen was rude and aggressive. I understand that the world is a little crazy at the moment, as I am on the front line and often on the receiving end of customer abuse but the first step is to stay calm and resolve the customers concerns. This owner came out from behind the counter disregarded the stores own social distancing markings and to put it simply behaved like a twatt. Well you will not see me again.

Terrible experience at this pharmacy. The staff is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I requested for a refund immediately after a purchase as I realized I have been charged almost twice of the price compared to other pharmacies. The staff refused my request, and said I can definitely make my own refund rules here." If a staff can make his own rules

When I was getting supplies for our staff today, I was so impressed by the manner and professionalism of your staff! I observed multiple occasions of staff members giving customers undivided attention. It really encouraged me be in a business that seemed to be increasing reassurance in these times!
