Contacted this company twice for a measure and quote had to ring twice. They made an appointment and didn't even show up. I have wasted an entire morning waiting for a no show. Made some excuse about forgetting the appointment. Obviously their time is more valuable than mine.Thanks for responding promptly to post. The lady you mention is my wife and we waited without any contact . Waiting an 1 hour before realizing your going to be late is just not acceptable especially when you left a voice mail to say you had forgotten the appointment. My wife called back immediately after the voice message and still has not had a return call.

Zero star rating for not completing my parents kitchen who are pensioners. Unfortunately they paid in full and will now need to engage another tiler to complete the work. Tiling has not been completed after multiple calls and emails. No one gets back to you. I wish we had read the google reviews before engaging them. I will be reporting them to department of fair trading as well. To do this to pensioners, let alone any consumer is not on. Give the money back for tiling might be a good start. Shame on you Hunter Kitchen Kings.

Don’t return calls, don’t show up, and they don’t do what they say they are going to do. I recommend you avoid this mob.

They were efficient, full of information and very professional. Nothing was to much trouble. All inquiries were answered within a very short period of time. Would recommend Hunter Kitchen King to anyone wanting to update or install a new kitchen.

Came and measured approximately December 2021 , advised would supply quote but could not deliver service until February 2022. (We advised this was ok due to closeness to Xmas. Have had no communication since , I have called all contact numbers , sent an email on their website and they have not responded or made any contact at all . Very very unprofessional company as well as being just plain rude not contact us , even if to advise they did not want our business ( read money !!) . Their lack of contact has now also had us holding up a quote from a tiler and and other services . Very disappointed due to the fact we now are looking for another kitchen renovator and gave to start the whole process again . I would not recommend this place to anyone .Alca Simpson

We had new bench tops, splash backs and sink installed by this company.We supplied and arranged installation of new range hood, cook top and oven.The communication between myself and this company was appalling.What was supposed to take a couple of weeks actually took 3 months from quote to completion.Having said that, the bench tops and splash backs are beautiful. The kitchen looks brand new even with the existing cupboards and handles.I would not recommend this company if you want to be kept well informed of any progression in proceedings.

What a great company to deal with,there work man ship was unreal and I'm very very happy with our new kitchen and we found that everything we wanted in our new kitchen was given and more,and plus they had the cheapest quote with all high quality soft close hinges and draw units,we absolutely love it,we will be back soon for a new laundry and bathroom and plus all our build in wardrobes in there very near future, ☆☆☆☆☆ thank you hunter kitchen king,,Lachlan

Job was not completed as per agreement on quote. Demanded payment in FULL they day before the job was to be done. I’ve had to engage someone else to finish the job.

Could not recommend HKK. Workmanship in terms of installation was very poor.The job was never finished. Will's final words were that he would be back to fill in above the dishwasher. This never happened. It was a relief as the workmen often left dirty hands marks.Inappropriate hinges were installed and installer refused to correct this. Will happily installed a cupboard above the fridge that opened horizontally but would not stay up so that i could retrieve items. When i asked him about installing appropriate hinges he said that these were the ones he uses. My husband has since ordered and installed the right ones.Many installation mistakes were made in the pantry cupboard and covered up with white patches. The response was this is how we fix problems".
