Totally agree with the one star rating below. I had a similar experience. Happy to take your money but than you have to wait lengthy periods of time for the parts. One part came the other didn't. There was an issue but no explanation of what was going on. Poor communication and customer service. So here I am waiting. Ring Total Mobility and I am told that there is only an invoice for the first part not the second. Apparently that doesn't exist despite my invoice saying two parts.. Their administration needs a good overhaul. I would never buy from these people again because they just don't give a S*!

I would not recommend dealing with them, as they provide extremely poor customer service.I ordered a scripted wheelchair (that they told me was in stock in Melbourne) for a completely incapacitated stroke patient, 2 weeks before Christmas; and was told that it should be delivered by the middle of January.In the 2nd week of January I contacted them, and was told that it would be the end of January before the chair would be delivered.When I called again at the end of January I was told, very nonchalantly, that it was on back order, and wouldn't be delivered until the end of February.I could've ordered a custom chair from overseas, had it built, shipped, processed by customs and delivered it the time it was taking to get a chair that was allegedly in stock" in Melbourne.Meanwhile

Terrible online ordering, advised product would be 3 weeks. Now waiting 2 months. Every time I call they can't find the order. Useless staff. Don't waste your time ordering through this company. Happy to take your money but won't give you the product.

It's a pity they don't have a large showroom, so we have to browse for what we need online. They are good at getting whatever we've needed. If you are inquiring about prices, they can be very rigid and insist on communicating with your homecare service provider ONLY. This can be frustrating because simple inquires become multi-step processes, even for the most basic information. Nevertheless, government funding bureaucracy issues aside, they have been excellent in service and reasonable in prices.

The service team were fantastic I feel very safe to use my scooter after using there services. They will be servicing my hoist I the next week, I feel good that they are the people selected by my Co. Highly recommend this company

Not happy when I rang up about a faulty footplate, and they came out to have a look at it THREE weeks ago. I rang today to find out what was going on and they told me that the part has only just come in today. My question is why did it take 3 weeks to get the part in?????
