Be very careful in ordering from Sydney Tools and collecting from their Windsor Gardens store. I placed an order through their website, waited over 1 months- no emails or calls so when I followed up I was told that order has been waiting in the store for me to pick up. In the meantime noone bothered to send an email or call about this. Of course being a month late, I no longer needed the tool so I asked to cancel the order. Store manager tells me “no cancellation or refund, you need to come and pick up your order”. Very unprofessional and unreasonable people to deal with. There are many other places to spend your money but be very mindful if you decide to spend here.

Extremely Poor Customer Service.On returning a faulty Milwaukee product, missing parts and having a faulty charger, the store manager apparently had to contact the rep to before he could do a refund ,which he could not.He then stated that they would have to do a refund to a bank account and not the credit card it was paid on which is a breach of ACCC Refund policy.I have waited a week and No Refund, contacted the store and nobody is available to explain why I have not received a refund.I would think twice before purchasing anything there.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.Very rude sales people. Made it extremely difficult to get a refund on a product that was subpar, even contacted dewalt themselves and they said I was able to be refunded...3 and a half weeks I waited for a warranty claim, only to ring and find out that they misplaced" the item they were supposed to be doing a warrant on.Been ringing all morning about getting a refund only to be bounced around from sales person to sales person

Very unprofessional team&service, took two-month for cancelling an unsent order and getting fully refund. One staff even told me I couldn't get my credit points back if the order was cancelled. Just ignore the answer :we will call you back!" they never do."

I love the variety and pricing of there tools but I wish I could walk in the door without being bombarded by all of them can't get in the door without 5 blokes all just straight on you. Was looking forward to the new muno para stoor near me but because of this I'll probably never try to enter the shop again.

Customer service is really poor. Expect the large chain store attitude where no one cares enough to help unless you call head office and get them involved. You are just a number when you shop here.Store (David) forgot about my order, then made excuses for delaying freight by 2 days, knowing I needed the tools by the weekend. Despite the store being at fault they were unwilling to send the package express. No apologies were made and had to call multiple times to ensure the package was sent.That's not the only negative experience so will be shopping at Total Tools from now on.

This is to direct people to the Sydney Tools head office to see all of the 1 star reviews. An online order was made, despite the best efforts of the team at Windsor Gardens we have been unable fill an order placed 35 days ago. The invoice states ‘All Stock’, and the website states ‘72 hour’ delivery. The online customer service has been woeful. Windsor Garden team as helpful as possible. Order A650593. Re-ordered via total tools, received 3 days later.

Ordered items via phone: staff sent quote and payment was easy to transact,Staff very helpful and made shopping really easy- pickup (call and collect) easy. Bring ID and quote number for ease of delivery.Only complaint is there is too much choice.

Went into the store the other day was served by the manager Michael. He was so knowledgeable and such a delight to deal with. He took the time and helped me to decide the correct tools I needed for a job I was doing at home. If you need any help with all things tools and accessories go see Michael you wont be disappointed.
