Staff knew their job and were very efficient. These guys are not retail workers but runners. Checked my feet and recommended a whole size larger and a wide. Well what a difference I went with a New Balance shoe and there was a Brooks as well that was real comfortable ended up wearing the New Balance everywhere for 3 weeks, so when back a also purchased the Brooks.

Super knowledgeable & friendly staff who go above and beyond in fittings and recommendations. Being a store which I thought focused mostly on running, I wasn't certain they would have the right cross-training shoes for me but I found the perfect pair. Huge variety and great prices. Will definitely be back for more shoes. I can see why this store is so popular.

Buying a pair of good-fitting running shoes has never been so easy. Using the machine to measure the length and arch in my foot they were able to suggest 3 different pairs of shoes that all fit beautifully, then it was just a matter of choosing which one I preferred. Excellent service and range.

I bought some new running shoes yesterday from here and I was very satisfied with the level of knowledge and professionalism shown to help guide me to which shoes would best suit my level of running including weekly mileage, terrain types and race distances. Will definately go back for my next set.

I found Pure Performance by searching for a running shoe store in Newcastle and was attracted by the high rating.I was not disappointed, the staff were great and very professionally managed up to 3 customers at once. I received excellent, personalised advice around shoes suitable to my feet and left as a very satisfied customer. By far the best service i've ever received while buying shoes, at a reasonable price too.Would recommend to anyone unsure of where to go to get the right shoes.

Newcastle Pure Performance went above and beyond to find me the right shoes today. Didn't get the guys name that helped me out but was super lovely, patient and listened to all of my comments. Have never been to such a helpful shoe store and cannot recommend enough.
