CTM Darwin

Just had all 3 of my aircons thoroughly cleaned in time for build up/wet season.Maria who did the booking originally was extremely professional and helpful and able to quote me straight away. She also booked in a day and time that suited me which was awesome.Josh and Josh rocked up on time and were extremely professional, friendly and thorough. ( cleaned up after themselves and it is like they were never here )Aircons are cooling amazingly and I cannot recommend them highly enough.will definately use them again.Thanks CTM Team Darwin

Phoned wanting them to look at my waeco fridge freezer. Couldn’t look at it till mid June but suggested it was not worth looking at was not very helpful at all sorry I phoned them

Very obliging, prompt to respond to diagnosing our caravan's air conditioner problem. A wait for parts of course but as soon as they arrived we were booked for the next day. Quote was reasonable & they were very helpful with an anticipated insurance claim. All with a smile!

While having a short stay in warmish Darwin we started to have problems withour Dometic A/C remotes in our motor home i rang around and finally got CTM Refrigeration in Winnellie ( dometic service ) on the phone the receptionist was very helpful and knew exactly what i explained to her re the remotes, she said to come by with them and the service manager will look into it for me.. i was close by and there quickly i spoke to Pedro and he took my remote and went out the back shortly he was back with another remote he said to try this older version it was just like mine i went back to the van park and after a few minutes it worked on both my Dometic A/cons. i rang back and thanked the receptionist she was pleased to hear my problem was solved. thats real customer service,i would recommend this friendly professional service to any caravanners or Motorhomers with Air Con or refridgeration problems..
