I rented a fridge and washing machine for my daughter for 7 months for a temporary rental period. It was a great option rather than buy and then be stuck with these items as her new rental already has them. A constant problem for renters.Both items were in great condition and the service we received both in getting started and ending the rental agreement were smooth, efficient and painless. After relocating back to Australia from NZ, I rented a washing machine, dryer, fridge and TV while ours came on a very slow ship from NZ. It was very easy and and convenient to have someone deliver and install them and then pick them up when ours arrived.

Why buy was a really fantastic service I used when I needed some white goods short term but didn't want buy any. I placed my order and had a really lovely gentleman come round, install everything and explain everything. When I was done with the goods, I booked ina collection and the same wonderful guy came back and picked it up as well. No hassle, no fuss and really wonderful support. Highly recommend them☺️

I have been with Whybuy for a bit longer than a year and I couldn't be happier with their service. All the items we rented so far have been in excellent condition. But it's the quality of service is what makes them exceptional. Any issues with appliances? Someone will be at your place to fix it in not time. Need to get a fridge to 4th floor without an elevator? You got it. We were moving apartments so I had to throw some edge cases at Whybuy team and they went a few extra miles to help me. Simply outstanding customer service!
