Just a short distance from the M4 Mulgoa Road exit, this Bunnings is well situated inside a complex with plenty of parking. The customer service is always on point. I regularly go to Bunnings and the staff are always happy to help. Returns are always made easy.

Can’t praise this place enough. Big shout out to Jason who went well out of his way to help me with an odd project for an extended period of time. I was truly touched by the kindness he showed in helping me get to the bottom of what I needed to do.. I have found this type of service to be really rare these days so well done and thanks again!!

Bunnings is where you can buy a sausage sandwich on most weekends but, you’re not able to buy a piece of PPE that’s actually a requirement on most construction sites today.

The staff here are apauling. They don't help customers, they are lazy, don't know their products, they can't find their products, and they need some customer service training. If you need hardware don't go here.

Staff are reluctant to go out of their way to greet, let alone help you. I asked where I can find a particular product, they pointed with a grunt to an isle number. No one is busy doing anything productive. No one has any urgency, 1 person on a register is pathetic. Every single time I visit the store.Classic corporate giant, no care for quality service.

Sat down with staff members ordering tiles. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. Overall the shop is well set out with plenty of stock.
