High St. Hire

Was a bit stunned when I realised the off shoulder dress I had hired had been stretched around the chest area and slightly twisted to one side. Centring the dress wasn't a huge problem but I spent the whole duration of my event pulling my dress up so that it'll stay on my chest. I don't think it was necessarily the fault of the store but it nonetheless wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Thank you so much for your wonderful service and quick communication when confirming my order. It arrived super early which gave me peace of mind that my outfit was ready. I loved the dress so much! It made me feel like a princess and I had so many compliments. Returning it was so easy and stress free as well. Definitely recommend to others and will hire again for future events. :)

Always a pleasant experience at High St Hire. The staff are always so helpful and honest. I love that everytime I go in, the employees are so attentive in assisting to style me. I struggle to find dresses that compliment my body and the girls always manage to make me feel a million dollars!. A wide range of gorgeous dresses to choose from! Cannot wait for my next event!

I am so happy with the assistance from the ladies at this store! Super professional and friendly. I originally hired a dress but due to COVID - My event was cancelled on two separate occasions. Alissar assisted me in rebooking my dress for a third time at no extra cost and was supportive when changing my mind on the dress I wanted, many many times! I have now used this store for a few different occasions and I am very happy with their customer service as well as their selection of beautiful dresses. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a last minute dress for any occasion!!

My experience at High St Hire was absolutely amazing!! Everything was handled extremely promptly and professionally both in store and online. There was a wide variety of beautiful dresses and so many options to choose from that made the experience that much more great! The quality of the dresses were also perfect when handed to me and I absolutely enjoyed wearing the dresses that I’ve hired. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and assisted me as well as styled me and provided exceptional service each and every time I’ve visited the store!
