Always great service and food from this HJs. Even better since they renovated the drive through so there's 2 order boxes now and it's a bit easier to navigate. Before it used to be very narrow with corners that you'd always run over the kerb no matter how hard you tried not to lol.Still hate that they changed their fries, they were better when they were Maccas style.

Food was okay, a bit cold. After I got my food it was missing sweet and sour sauce. Stood at the counter for several minutes getting ignored by everyone who were actively avoiding me. Like why would I just stand there after getting my food? Also the tables were dirty. Pretty ordinary.

I went to get some dessert with my family and my mum left her bag that had her phone, ID, and money in it on one of the seats in the corner and we didn’t notice that she had left it there until we received a call from my mum’s phone. The employees working there tonight called my dad and told them that they found the bag on one of their seats and reassured us that they would keep it safe until we got there to collect it. We drove back as soon as they called us and they kept to their word and I am very thankful for that. The employees working tonight were honest and provided amazing customer service as they went out of their way to try to contact the owner of the phone. Absolutely grateful for those employees.

Disgraceful place, order my kids nugget meals and one meal had double chips no nuggets. This can’t be done by accident. Then your phone numbers don’t even work. Looks like you have potatoes serving potatoes.

Had a delivery. They forgot my burger. An almost 70 dollar treat for the family turned into a tease. Rang up. Explained we order through their website. Young man said it’s delivered by menu log. All I had was a receipt from Hjs. No correspondence from menu log. It was an awkward 5 minute standoff between poor young clueless worker and hungry obnoxious customer. Not worth the drive for a replacement burger offered. Disappointed.

Absolutely useless this store. Never get your order right if using drive thru. Burgers are always wrong. Ask for onion rings and get nuggets, manager uses the excuse oh its an easy mistake as they both come in the same packaging. And the service is so slow. Be prepared to wait a long time. Not sure if they don't employ enough staff or just their work ethic. Avoid avoid avoid

This place is a joke! Im all for giving young people a go but seriously not 1 senior person over the age of 21 working tonight. Too much socialising and not enough working. The young girl with pink hair that served me didn't even have the decency to look me in the face whilst taking my order- she was too interested in what was going on behind her.

2 orders in a row messed up. Ordered a angry whopper the first time, received Carolina Whopper with bacon. I can't eat pork so the burger was more or less a throwaway. Second order was a family meal with 4 burgers and only receive 2. Best they can offer is to replace missing burgers next time I come in and the attitude of the staff on the phone was horrendous. We don't need 2 cheeseburgers next time as we'll be ordering a family meal again and then we'll have 6 burgers.Next time we want what we order we'll go to Carl's Jr.
