We are really pleased with our electric bed it makes such a difference. It was very useful to have the demonstration bed at our home and to try before we bought it. Sleep Electric process is a great way to feel confident about what we were getting. We didn't feel any pressure to buy a bed despite Kyle bringing two to our property to try. Sleep Electric Hi Lo Adjustable Bed with Sleep Support Plush Pocket Spring Mattress:After a significant amount of research, I invited Kyle from Sleep Electric Adelaide to call out to my home in his van to demonstrate a couple of adjustable beds and their functionality.On placing my order I was told there was a supply issue with the double bed I had ordered. To help ease the situation Kyle supplied me with a temporary Long Double Hi Lo bed with a medium mattress. His crew efficiently dismantled, took my old queen frame and mattress away and set up an interim bed. However, the medium mattress felt uncomfortable for my back and without delay replaced it with a Plush mattress. When finally my double arrived in Adelaide it was effortlessly swapped.I found Kyle extremely easy to deal with as he listened to me, and I found him empathetic to my needs. I appreciate Kyle and his team for their efficient service.Now after using the bed for over a month, I question why I had not purchased this bed earlier as my back pain eased without a doubt. The multiple adjustments assist with my changing aches and pains as I adjust the bed to suit my night. This is a handy tool. I have gone from loathing to go to bed to looking forward to bedtime.Thank you, Kyle and your team, for your assistance in enabling me into my ideal bed. I am finally sleeping comfortably!

Prompt, professional service from Kyle! We purchased the bed for our 91 year old father and we have all benefitted from the investment. He sleeps more comfortably and as the bed height is adjustable, our backs avoid the extra strain when putting him to bed. Kyle's mobile come to you service was fantastic for my 95 year old Dad. He was helpful, communicative and followed through with everything he promised. Later on when Dad needed a different mattress and even a minor warranty issue, he was right onto it again. Saved soooo much hassle in taking Dad out to search for an electric bed.
