Gutter-Vac Northern Rivers

My gutters were clogged with years worth of leaves, detritus and a sludge layer on the bottom. There were plants growing out of them, a whole ecosystem up there. When it rained, the gutters gushed water over the sides. The roof of my home is steeply pitched and slippery. No worries. Once the Gutter Vac team led by Dwayne were done, the gutters were gleaming clean. They will show you the pictures to prove it. Shortly after they finished, it started to rain. The sound of water running through the gutters again and into the downpipes was enormously satisfying. Top job fellas.Rebecca and Dwayne go above and beyond to deliver a superior service experience. Gutter Vac Northern Rivers is professional, prompt and cleaned my house roof gutters. Since we do not get on the roof to see the job, they provide before and after photos. Excellent job. I will use them again.

They were here for no more than 15 minutes and invoiced for $385+gst. They did however reduce it to their 'minimum cost of a job' of $250+gst. So be wary, there's no on-site quoting being done, so as soon as you get them out you're looking at the minimum job. What made matters worse, I'm left with gutter traps still full of leaves and debris.

They did such an amazing place for our home and went above and beyond what was expected. It was a really big clean and I was so impressed with their detail.Excellent service

Wow - such a great experience. The roof cavity in a house we purchased was a major fire hazard to say the least. The guys left the roof so clean and tidy it was amazing. Very friendly staff throughout the whole process from booking, on-site guys and invoicing.

I highly recommend Gutter-Vac Northern Rivers! I used them a few months ago to clean the gutters of our lovely 100 year old house and was so happy with the entire experience that they have just been back to high pressure clean the roof (after 2 floods and months of rain it really needed it) and the solar hot water panels which were already here when we purchased the house 3 years ago and covered in mould and moss.Once again Dwayne did a superb job of everything. Dwayne is also super nice, easy to communicate with, respectful and great with dogs. To top off the great service his wife Rebecca does the office side of the business and is genuinely helpful and delightful on the phone with great follow through.It is so stress free and easy dealing with people who are positive, professional and down to earth like Rebecca and Dwayne....keep it up, you rock!

I recently had the pleasure of having the Gutter-Vac team vacuum clean my gutters. Initially, I reached out to Gutter-Vac because I was able to see a small sprouting plant coming from my gutter, and was unsure of what else may have been in my gutters.On the phone, Rebecca was incredibly friendly and made the process easy and stress-free. Dwayne and the team were very helpful and did an awesome job. After the vacuum clean, Dwayne showed me before and after photos of what was inside my gutters. I was amazed how many leaves were sitting in my gutters and it was great peace of mind seeing my gutters empty and clean.
