Domino’s Pizza Victor Harbor
Started with the app processing my order for over 15 mins without even taking the order. I rang the store and was told to put in an order and pay cash on delivery, not knowing if the app order would eventually go through and charge me twice. I tried to cancel the online order but once it starts processing you can’t. Manager told me if the app order goes through he will cancel it but could take up to 2 weeks to get my money back. Ended up ordering over the phone and paying cash. Pizza and dessert arrived 10 mins later. Ordered 2 lots of the brownies and they were both shoved in the same box, so they were squashed. Not impressed dominos. Do better.

I wish I could give zero stars. They took an online order 45 minutes in advance for pizzas they couldn't make due to lack of ingredients, told me they didn't have my phone number to ring me (actually just not true, as they admitted), and hadn't even started making the pizzas they could have made at pickup time, then lied about this too, saying they're in the oven" and when I asked them to show me the pizzas in the oven

Worst Domino’s I have ever been to. Majorly understaffed, poor girl on by herself and our order taking 1.5 hours with no notice given to us. Had to drive to the store to pick up. Not her fault.This is the third time we have had below standard service. One other time my husband was swore at for complaining about undercooked dough. The franchise owner/manager should reconsider owning a business. Clearly doesn’t care for staff well being nor customers patronage.

The pizzas we get is always good but I’d be more happy to go spend the same amount I did at another spot with the staffthe store is tiny and under staffed majorly I went a few nights ago and whomever was the manager seemed like he was either over the shift already or didn’t really care (I understand customer service can be hard but man at least seem interested in what the customer is saying even if it’s a phone call) and snappy towards his staff. than the oven worker was really aggressive towards his co workers to the point where another worker told him to cut it out. One worker was injured and it seemed like they were all over the night already it was 7 pm on a Saturday

The regularity in which parts of the order are incorrect or forgotten is phenomenal, my partner ended up buying a bottle of hot sauce due to how often the spicy chicken comes without it.If they dont have part of your order they'll pick something instead of calling and asking what you would like so you most likely end up with food or drink you wont want.EDIT: We tried one last time, they had a long wait and we said it was fine IF they could remember the whole order. Surprise, they forgot the one thing my partner wanted most. Honestly the most shockingly incompetent service I've ever had to put up with.

Ordered pizzas at 7:30pmAt 8:05 we’re told to come back in 30 minutesWent back and hour after placing the order the guy gave me one pizza and said he misplaced my two other pizzas .I requested to make them asapHe said it would take another an hour to make them, he said why don’t you take a refundSuch an unprofessional and chaotic restaurantThe store manager or owner should be ashamed of putting these young kids there who had no idea what was going on and they had no support from sny trained person in student.My night is ruined but I feel sorry for the workers who had to deal with these situations,I wasn’t the only one who went through this there was several customers who had same experience tonight.

We use to enjoy occasional pizza nights from this store but something has changed in the last 3 months. I can no longer get a deep pan pizza when I order it and I discussed it with staff as I thought it might be due to cost cutting measures due to inflation. I was informed that wasn't the case. After this happening so many times I decided to give up and go else where. Silly me, today I thought I would give it one more try. Congratulations after ordering a mini pizza today I received a mini pizza with a base bordering on thin (approx the same depth of a 20 cent piece) which was stone cold. I'm not sure what has happened at the store to change the previous quality level but I won't be returning.

Gluten free Pizza there is always great.However answering the phone for placing orders extremely poor. Travelling PM to Victor after delayed flights into Adl on 16.2.23 phone rang unanswered multiple times, then put on hold for over 10 minutes...meanwhile drove to actual store and had not had opportunity to place order. Lift your game management.
