Absolutely disgraceful. Stopped to grab a cold drink and the use of the bathroom. Pictures explain it all. No ice. Any other RESTAURANT in this state would be shut down. Staff looked so unhappy and things seemed like it was an effort.

The worst. Waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee that had no ice in it.The store was filthy. The bins were overflowingThe food preparation area was disgusting! They were walking thru food that was all over the floor of the kitchen and all their packaging containers were all over the floorThe coffee area was atrocious. It was like they have never wiped down the benchesThe attitude of staff was disgusting

Just went through the drive through, and I have to ask… where has all the professionalism gone. Super basic and abrupt is not a good thing for drive through. After paying asking if there were chips in the order, no there was not. Train you staff to be nicer and have a personality.

We ordered coffee and we were sent to the side to wait, however after 15 minutes, we went in to check, and found that A. The coffee was sitting in the back already made, B. The coffee was already cold, and C. They got the order wrong. Not impressed.

Ordered a quarter pounder meal with extra pickles and onions.Food wasn't very hot. Chips were cold and soggy. Inedible.Quarter pounder burger still didn't have enough onions for extra onions. Decent amount of pickles.Drink was fine.Overall disappointing.

I am by no means a regular at McDonalds and my experience today will be the last time I visit.I wanted to look at the menu, the one that is usually up on the wall behind the order counter only to find it does not exist. How on earth do I know what to order if there is no menu????? I want to be served by a human and not use one of those self serve machines that seem to dominate the floor. How on earth do the elderly deal with this set up now also? The focus seems to be on the drive thru also, the poor customer who makes the effort to walk into the shop for customer service doesn't get that experience the way it used to be. I get times are changing, but come on McDonalds, we as paying customers would like service at the front counter. To top it all off, not one of us enjoyed our meal.

Absolutely ridiculous drive through experience. Staff were some what polite but refused to process more than one online order despite being two separate accounts/ customers ordering. They made us drive through twice for one car. No wonder their drive through line was slow. Stupid rules made by a stupid owner!

Food was quite nice, tables and restaurant was dirty, tables were not cleaned.Although 5 staff were standing outside together chatting ,having a break.It was a challenge to find a cleared clean table to sit at.

Seriously, the service is worse than before, the restaurants are never clean, and the tables and chairs are constantly dirty and covered in that greasy film that is prevalent in every MacDonald's.It appears that putting in self-service kiosks, means the employees don't have to clean and sweep the restaurant anymore.
