Customer service is their downfall. I was trying to get a few bakery items but the employee decided to tidy up that area at that exact moment.....had to wait for her to finish before I could continue.At the counter, she spoke so fast, I did not understand a word she said. Felt so rushed trying to pay for it too......

Coffee was very cold, told the staff and they topped up with warm water, so the long black became very diluted and not very hot again, just warm. Bad service.

Put your attention to the bad review.Went there to purchase some bread, the staff didn't greet us at all, no smile, no customer service, flat face and impatient voice tone. I'll never step my foot at this place again. One thing to remember that this place is not the only one to get cake/breads & there are other places out there that sells similar items with the better customer service, I think the majority of your staff require an attitude adjustment & need to learn how to smile or your going to lose alot of valuable customers.
