Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centres - Booval

I would like to edit my review.Kaleidoscope kids was not the best fit centre for our children, I was very unhappy with a few things and how management failed to act upon my concerns at the time, however the centre is under new management now as it comes to my attention so I sure hope things are a lot different, however from my child’s and myself, our personal experience wasn’t pleasant however, as I said management has since changed and I hope things run a lot different.

Brilliant daycare centre with fair pricing, friendly staff and a great learning environment for my little one. I love that we get frequent updates on how our little ones day is going too. Definitely recommend!

All the staff at Kaleidoscope Booval have been nothing but professional, friendly and accommodating to my family, especially with my two children.From the centre managers to the educators to even the chefs giving my neurodivergent child a special spoon to help encourage his eating.If I've had a concern, they have always met the issue at hand and been quick to resolve it.I can't be thankful enough as they continue to go out of their way to make my children feel safe and happy. Would recommend every time.

I fell in love with Kaleidoscope Kids on my tour last Monday, it was very informative and all my anxieties were alleviated by the end of the tour. I am so disappointed I can't get a set roster at work and the centre cant guarantee casual care vacancies to accommodate my roster requirements. This was my first preference by a long shot. However, I can understand the staff: baby ratios in the nursery, the demand and the fact the centre operates at capacity most days being such a well sought-after care provider.

Must read!!My nephew had been going to kaleidoscope for a couple months and had two injuries in a week. Not once was he’s mum notified or received a incident report. When he’s mum would call the centre to ask what happen they would tell her one reason of how it happened and then when they finally sent a incident report it was a whole different reason of how it happened. Both these incidents happened on the face, from working in childcare for 3 years I know that if a child has an injury to the head you’re suppose to call the parent to inform them and this did not happen. The staff are rude and don’t greet you in the mornings or afternoon. The staff don’t communicate and don’t even tell you how your child’s day was.From writing this review the daycare has called my sister and I multiple times. They even told my sister they will take me to court for deformation!!!Don’t send your child to this daycare!!

i live nearby, theyre so disruptive. kids keep throwing the items over the wall , and no one comes by to collect them so the kids lose their shoes and hats etc. then there is the music they play. they always start it so early in the morning and at the loudest volume possible. and the kids themselves are very loud. i know that thats how kids are, but sometimes its just too much.
