we had used ECO liquid waste two times to empty our septic tank and was told it was a large tank and they charged us accordingly only to find out the third and last time that it was in fact a small tank. How were we to know that it was a small tank, it was only due to the honesty of the guy that emptied it the third and last time that we found out. We are now on the main system. I would not recommend them as some of them are not honest
