We engaged Mark from ST-Wise to help our existing business apply for a permit to trade in an area not marked for commercial use after positive but contradictory advice from council. Rather than try and tackle it myself I asked Mark to apply for a permit on my behalf. Mark is a very easy going, down to earth and attentive person.
