Jeff made our day! Me and my mum visited Jeff to fix my watch, and buy a new buckle for my mum’s watch. My watch was damaged when I sent it to another store for battery replacement. Jeff spent 15 minutes but couldn’t fix the damage that was done by the others, he insisted to change my mum’s watch buckle for free. Me and my mum were very surprised as we were ready to pay for it, but he has insisted. With such customer service, I will definitely be coming back, and recommend Mister Minit Riverton to my family and friends!

For all my shoe and watch maintenance and repair requirements, there is no-one I trust except Jeff and his team at Mister Minit Riverton. I've taken my watches for repair several times and the quality of work has been second to none. Jeff's customer service skills are exceptional and every interaction feels like a catch-up with an old friend. I wouldn't even consider taking my watches or shoes anywhere else.

Jeff is so lovely and easy to work with! Has a very bright and bubbly personality! Was an amazing help when I snapped my car key inside my car door! Has always been a great help to myself and my friends and family!

I cannot recommend Jeff enough. He is so nice and his work is impeccable. He put soles on my white and black hermes sandals. Ill be heading in to get my jimmy choo pumps soled soon too. So happy to have an amazing cobbler close to home. Thankyou Jeff!

I had bought these beautiful vintage leather boots but upon wearing them, I found that the soles were completely falling apart and crumbling away wherever I went (no photo but they were fully disintegrated and PEELING). I took them to Mister Minit to see if they could be repaired and within a couple hours, the job was done and they looked brand new! So happy with the repair and customer service I received. This should definitely be the first place to go if needed a repair. Will be back!
