Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a car showroom. Just got a large payout from my car write off and had the money to go. I arrived at the showroom and was told to just look outside at the 3 tuscons. I had to come back in and ask if I could look in the boot and I just had to ask tons of questions only for him to answer shortly and go back into the showroom. I had just looked at the tuscans online, I really liked the grey one and when I asked to look in the boot he was showing me the white one, I said I wanted to look at the grey one and he just said they are all the same. Left without a purchase and was literally in and out within about 2 minutes. Just gonna go to a different dealership. If you do go here probably don't get ash. My dads a car salesman in england. Ash is very bad at his job.

I had such a smooth and lovely experience with Peter Stevens Hyundai! Got a brand new car in less than 2 weeks and such a good deal. Ashley was a trooper in getting paperwork moving quickly, calling me for updates, sending me photos of my new car and even picking me up from the Ballarat train station to get to the dealership! Despite the hiccups with external organisations to get my car, Ash made sure to iron these out quickly, make phone calls with my financial consultants and to make the process as easy as possible. Thank you for everything and the professional yet easy and rewarding experience :)
