Coles Moree

Good Staff very helpful

Clean and tidy store, some staff seem a little disinterested.

The Coles store in Moree is a large store which nearly.looks like the main store in Queanbeyan. Prices are the same and the staff are very friendly and helpful.The only difference is the tmp outside..its only 22 in Moree today.

Don't forget to bring your bags...i find it odd how the bags they sell you are 10 times less bio degradable then the old bags...humSo much for eliminating plastic

Staff are very often rude and disrespectful over minor inconveniences came in today and went to pay with cash and card and yes our note had a small tear in it which was obvious but the lady aggressively grabbed the money which caused it to tear in half then refused to accept the cash. This is a new incident out of many that i and others in my family experience quite often at this particular coles especially from the older staff and im not saying its all the time but its happened enough times where staff are just completely rude for no reason at all for me to finally write a review and if it keeps happening i will be going higher then writing a review

Have a look at some of the comments made about Coles very dissatisfied customers I think it depends on how you are and how much money you have I thought everyone was to be treated equally seems not.Coles Moree has the most unfriendly staff on there checkouts that it is not funny. I went in there to cash in Earn and Return vouchers plus buy some other items I used the vouchers to pay for them that was alright but. When the guy behind the checkout scanned the other unscanned vouchers he also re scanned the vouchers that all ready been done. When he asked another staff member and they checked it out on the computer screen they accused me of using them somewhere else. How could I scan them somewhere else in Moree when you can only cash them in at Coles this is the only Coles store I know of the close store would be 130km away.

Went this morning and was pleasantly surprised at the social distancing and cleanliness. I have had to shop at my local IGA and was happy to be greeted at the door with proper sanitiser and the lady at the deli changed her glove with each of my order. Thankyou for a pleasant and safe shopping experience.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, and shop is clean and carpark doesn't have rubbish everywhere

Went to coles today around 1:30pm (11/12/21)as we normally do, at deli wanted to buy some chicken thighs but they really looked dry and pale so requested the deli staff if I can get some fresh ones but she said straight away that that's what I got" without even checking or even didn't look the RF unit which they normally do.
