Bought our pool table from here. Communication was challenging at times, but the customer service we have otherwise received has been second to none. Wrong pockets given to us initially, and these were replaced and a worker sent out to re-fit the new ones. He even re-fit the felt top when he noticed it had a little bubble in it while he was here for the pockets. Great team, will definitely be buying from and using this company again.

SCAM!!!!We purchased a pool table in March 2022 which was nothing like the photo/discription listed on the website. The table was poorly build and we had nothing but troubles with it.Went to ACCC and they agreed to replace the table with a new one which we only just receieved 30th November 2022 for the table to be the exact same one and when they went to install it they were glueing the table together, making alterations to the coin operaterated table" as it was actually token operated and this would not work in our shop being token operated.We advised them to take the table and issue us a refund. They have taken the table and are refusing to issue us a full refund.We are taking legal action against this company and anyone who has had issues like this please feel free to contact us and we will pass on all details to assist in everyone getting their money back.T&R sports have cost us thousands from loose of income we generate on this pool table being that it is in our shop.We have lost customers as they no longer come down and play pool."

Dodgey business that does not delivery once paid for and ignores all emails. There is no phone contact number either.Buyer beware.Do not buy from this business.We purchased a pool table and no pool table top arrived even after almost 2 months.The company has ignored emails regarding the missing box.We ordered an air hockey table that arrived months after expected delivery date also after the first order was cancelled.In response to your reply, refer to the many emails from me and the fact I emailed to say that I had made a Google review desperately seeking a response or action to THE MISSING BOX and waste of money with a pooltable that can’t be used after many months.

Very good experience with purchaising 4 in 1 gaming table. Responsive on the phone, they have showroom and were having the tables in stock. Delivery and assembly service is perfect

I initially had some issues contacting TR sports , so i went out to the company and asked if they would honour a cheaper previous offer they very kindly agreed to the cheaper offer , they quoted 2 weeks delivery the bike came in 2 days!! the bike was very well packed in a steel frame !. the bike was a bit complicated to assembly TR sports unbelievably said the would fully assemble a new one and bring it out to me and take back the original FOR FREE,exceptional customer service .the bike is top quality i am so happy with it and the overall experience with TR sports they have all my future business

These guys are hopeless and the LEAST helpful when it comes to rectifying any issues to do with faulty products that you’ve purchased from them. I had bought a flat bench that did not come with a set of instructions (very odd and would seem to be a safety issue already considering the physicality of the piece of equipment) and so I had taken it upon myself to put it together as best I could. Once the flat bench was put together, I had noticed some bolts were not correct in size and despite using all the bits and bobs it came with, the flat bench was & is UNSTABLE. I had emailed regarding this issue and wanting a refund however I was told to take it into their warehouse (40 mins away) and they could put it together (which would require taking it all apart again) BUT I would need to pay a $50 fee. Just absolutely ridiculous and shocking. Never again will I be purchasing from this place. Complete scam.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. my E-Bike was faulty, peddle kept falling off, front disk brake was bent. It took 1 month & many emails just to have the bile collected. It's been over a month to deliver the bike back. I am given a day so I wait at home all day & nobody shows up, not even a simple phone call. Do not use this company. Worst customer service & product I have even seen.

We bought two massage chair at once, one for mum and another one for in-law.Great service and superb delivery even we are living in region area.Better talk to the team before place order which could pick up in stock product to save on time.
