Great butchers, been there a long time and with good reason. Consistently excellent meats, well prepared, and what arrives at the table, mwah! You pay a little bit more than supermarkets or some butchers, but the difference is either a functional meal on the table or the love of your family.

Their bangers may be small, but they're perfectly crafted, and prove that size doesn't count when it comes to getting the job done satisfactorily. And they were as good as you'd expect from a business that's been making them for 100 years. Forget artisan this and that - Ziems's is the real deal.

We travel down from Campbelltown for the best meat in NSW. We absolutely love the pepper steak, rump, t-bone and the chicken schnitzel. We'll easily spend over $150 each time but it's worth EVERY cent.

Fantastic. They are without doubt the best butchers in the Illawarra. Further probably. Everything is the best quality and absolutely enormous steaks. The sausages are actually full of meat and flavour rather than fatty paste like other places. Always good value too, especially the big meat packs. Can not rate high enough
