Had glass screen protector put on. Was treated so nicely when I was paying. Went back 3 days later advising it was already peeling off and they will need to replace it (never once had that issue before). I was treated as if I was in the wrong and they were extremely rude. They then gave me the phone back with a new screen protector and there were 2 spots underneath, I instantly hand the phone back & asked what that was and their response was ‘that’s just dirt under the protector’ handing me back my phone as if that was fine and I could go…?After having to tell them they need to replace it again and for it to be done properly, they did so (as legally had to) but didn’t say a word after that and aggressively handed me back my phone.I told multiple people about the incident and each individual that had a glass screen protector paid for & put on there, said their protector started lifting after 3-6 days as well.Goto Telstra honestly.Also read how horrible the bad review responses are.Ps, you don’t need ANYONE to put their SIM card in your phone, especially not for a screen protector.

I got my iPhone 7 screen replaced. It was fine untill I had noticed my screen was popping out from the back of my phone

Very poor customer service, always yelling, she is selling accessories actually they are not working. Stay far from the lady at the shop. Adam was so far better .

Screen fixed yes but lifting from back and damaged nfc aerial so no more nfc went back they told us they will send it off and we will pay for it wife not happy (We Did Not) Thankyou for trying but never again!!

Do Not Recommend!Dropped Phone off to replace battery only the lady broke the charging port after she cleaned it Which we didn't ask her to do!We were sent a message that the phone will be sent off to be fixed from some warehouse we weren't asked if we wanted to do that. I got the phone immediately.We were quoted the battery was $100 we left a $20 as a Deposit only to be told that the battery was $120.Will not Return!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PHONE HEREI left my phone with the lady working here for 15 minutes to get a new screen protector put on and once I received the phone back their phone number had been verified on my google account recovery information.Fortunately I noticed this right away and removed it.
