Fantastic Furniture
DO NOT buy from the midland store.I ordered 2 beds from this store $1800 and got told it would be a 9-10 week wait, I was fine with the wait. 12 weeks later with no update I’ve chased them up to get told they can’t give me an eta and other people waiting for 4 months for these beds. Definitely not happy I continue to wait and this goes on for 7 months of chasing them up with the same answer. The staff insist on dealing with the matter when you request to speak to a manager, aren’t very helpful or friendly. If you choose to buy through this midland store do it at your own risk of not actually receiving the item, wasting your time and having to get a refund in the end. Higher up needs to take a good look at this store with all the complaints I’ve read online the last good reviews where from 2+ years ago

Fantastic Furniture
My partner and I recently made a purchase from Fantastic Furniture Midland On Sunday 15/5/22 . We went into the store looking for a new couch. There were two ladies working at the desks/on the floor. They remained behind the counter the whole time and did not approach any of the customers in store including my partner and I. Fortunately we knew which couch we wanted so we went up and ordered it. The lady we had at the counter was a little flustered so the order process was a bit rushed. We had to order the couch in and asked for delivery. We put down a deposit and as we were leaving the store we realised that the delivery address was not confirmed and would likely require updating. On the Wednesday following, I called the store and asked for the address to be updated. All was confirmed to be updated and when I logged online to make the full payment the address was updated so all sorted. I made full payment and we awaited a message for delivery. We got our message and it was scheduled for a Saturday ready to go. On the day of the scheduled delivery The Delivery guy called to confirm he was on his way. It was then delivered to the old address. The delivery Guy tried to help us but was not able to deliver it to us at our correct address and had to return it to the warehouse. I called FF Midland and advised them of the issue and asked for a resolution. The lady Susanne would call back every 5 minutes, but her solution was Well your two options are to re order a new couch and wait another 6 weeks or wait for next delivery on a weekday" after we specifically said we need a weekend. I said we will have to go the weekday delivery as I was not willing to order an expensive couch that I have paid for in full as well as the delivery fee. I then got no call back and had to chase them to confirm a new delivery had been arranged. At not one point was I apologised to

Bonnie at the front has been so lovely and helpful, Shawn at the warehouse also gave us excellent service. Don't see that a lot these days, 100% made our day :) Thank you for your assistance!

Fantastic Furniture
I'm so disappointed in the customer service.I'd afterpayed a king base, online. To collect but I knew it wouldn't fit in my car.So I paid for delivery, few days after I get a refund.Went to pick up my bed then I get told I couldn't pick it up separately because of store policy.Will have to wait for a week to get it delivered.I want a refund!

All I can say first of all is DO NOT SHOP HERE Company is a huge let down. No communication when comes to waiting on deliveries, you need to call the store to ask. And they won’t even compensate anyone with free delivery for the long wait they are putting people through

Very poor service. I had purchased 1 dining table and 4 dining chairs however only the dining table got delivered. I was told by the delivery company that they were not aware about it because it wasn't at the distribution centre. Called up Fantastic Furniture Midland, and was told the chairs were flagged as still on delivery in the system and the lady took down my details to give me a callback but didn't receive any follow-up. When I called back again, the answer I got was, oh we have checked into it but the delivery guys must have just missed it and they will contact you again for another delivery date". After some bad experiences ordering mattresses online, I bought 2 from here click and collect, ready to pick up within 15 minutes, guy in the warehouse was quick, polite and helpful. Very happy with the mattresses and the service
