Ordered a steak sandwich with the lot, about $17. It was terrible, the steak was so tough and grisly, no flavour at all. Tried my hardest to eat it, NO WAY. They didn't seem to care. No apology, no offer to rectify the issue. Reply was I'll tell them"I used to always stop here for fuel and a feed. NEVER AGAIN.."

This is the best place for hamburgers! 10 out 10 pineapple, home made patty, beetroot, fresh salad. Always friendly staff. We call ahead on the way thru Port Augusta and its always ready and fresh to eat

I received the most disgusting service from Puma Port Augusta. The tall older lady is so rude, doesn't enjoy her job at all and should retire. I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone or returning!

The first time I went to Puma Port Augusta, it was delicious and great service. This time, I got overcharged for the small bucket of chips, $6.50 instead of $3.50, as it states on the menu. When I asked about it, the older lady was very rude and walked away. The chips weren't even cooked properly raw and taste disgusting! Un-eatible, I had to throw them out. I'm very disappointed! I won't and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as the food and service are inconsistent.

We stopped here at night in April for food as we were searching for better prices, coming back from the Eyre. Prices here are much better than across the road! The food was good too, no complaints here. We had friendly service, the assistant did a great job considering he was on his own. I think he deserves a pay rise!
