I went to have my refills done on a Thursday morning, first time here though I’ve had acrylics with shellac for many years. I opted for a matte pink, it looked lovely and even though the lady doing them was rather rude they looked nice. But by that night the colour started chipping and lifting. I couldn’t go back the next day so I didn’t go until the Saturday. She was so rude to me on the phone and then when I attended, she proceeded to only fix the two nails that were the worst, when I asked for the set to be repainted as there was multiple coming away, She got even more rude, rougher and when I pulled my hand away and said “Your hurting me, lose the attitude” she said “I’m not hurting you.” But she had the drill so high my nails beds were burning. She went on to fix all 10 nails, but with that came a bunch of rudeness and she was so rough. That night they started bubbling, lifting and chipping. I rang the next day (Sunday at 11am) when they opened. She was yelling at me on the phone and she was so rude. I said I wanted a refund and she refused. I got my husband to speak and he was hung up on. I went in around 11:30, they had one client in the pedicure chair and I apologised to her for me coming in and requesting a refund. I was professional to the ladies in the nail salon and spoke with respect but I got zero of that back. They just stood there ignoring me etc and saying NO REFUND. In the end I got $20 back, of the $50 I paid. In nearly 15 years of having my nails done I have not once been treated like this. This is my warning to not go and waste your money. There products must be cheap and nasty, they are so disrespectful and rude.

2nd time I've been here, I thought the first time my nails were done by someone less experienced so gave them the benefit of the doubt but today's nails are worse. The acrylic is ridgy and had not been smoothed out. The painting is stripey and uneven.Definitely do not recommend and will not be going back again.

Be good if they updated their times on the website. Never open at 9am, always running late. Don’t understand English, and my sns nails all cracked in 5 days, and they wanted to charge me to get them fixed. 2 weeks on, most of them have fallen off.

This was probably the worst manicure experience I’ve had. There was so much skin left around my cuticles and the paint job was uneven on both hands and feet.I had a small tear in my nail which I pointed out to my manicurist and she was so rough that it tore halfway across. She just painted over it so I ended up having to clip it myself afterwards to prevent it tearing off completely. Not gentle at all, I was worried she was going to drill through my nail when removing my old gel… I think it jumped three times. Twice on feet and once on hands.$85 and my nails are worse off, should have trusted the reviews

My experience at this nail shop was the worst ever. For starters, hygiene levels are disturbingly low. Unlike other salons, they do not line their foot tubs with disposable plastic lining. I saw this and thought they may have other methods of sanitising the tubs, but I witnessed one customer leaving the pedicure station and another who had just come in being assigned to the same tub without any cleaning in between.I had a pedicure and dip powder on my own nails on a Friday. This looked good on the day, but on Sunday I was shocked to see three nails starting to peel off (hands). I could not return to the salon on Monday as I had other commitments, so I went back on Tuesday to explain my situation. I was asked what I had done with my hands and if I had pulled the nails off. I explained it was not my first time getting nails done, had used my hands as usual and obviously didn't pull them off as that would inflict pain. The ladies kept consulting each other in their own language, and eventually another demeaningly asked if I had had the nails done in that very salon. I said yes and described the man who had done so, who wasn't in the shop at the time. They asked me to sit and wait for service as all 4 had clients at the time, which I didn't mind.About 20 minutes later, when a chair was free, I was summoned, and the interrogation began again. What had I done, did I pull the nails and I again politely indicated I had done nails before and this had never happened. The ladies consulted again, and she said I will have to pay $10 for her to fix the damaged nails. I explained that wasn't fair as the nails had given in after only 2 days, but if I had come in after a week or 2, then would have gladly paid. The ladies were rude and as consultations continued in their language, I realised I wasn't making headway and told them I was leaving and would take my business elsewhere for future nail maintenance. I have recently moved to the area, but I will certainly be going back to my former salon though this one is meters away from my home. The pedicure is still intact, however, there are hygienic considerations to be made. Go at your own risk.

I had SNS done and it all started to get chipped within about 4 days. I went back and was told it was my fault they chipped, that I was doing rough work with my hands. Even though I explained that I always got SNS and nothing had changed with regards to how I was using my hands I was not listened to. They would not fix my nails and told me to pay again to get them redone. I was very disappointed with their response.

acrylics lasted less than a week and a half, we had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come talk to us and get started, poor service the ladies weren’t nice at all and we felt like they just wanted to get it over and done with, paid no attention to detail. i don’t recommend coming here

I went to HarrisdaleFashion nails for the first time to get a padicure, but it was my worst experience ever. The staff was very rude and harsh. The lady who was doing my padicure was very careless and harsh. There was so much skin left on my heels and when i told her she replied very arrogantly. Worst experience and worst custmer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
