Shopping in store is great, but I ordered something online and 3 days later it still says “finalising order” seriously how hard can it be to grab 2 things off a shelf and have it ready to pick up!! I need these items tomorrow!

Good place to shop around with reasonable prices. Very conveniently located with lots of parking too. The staff is very helpful. Lot of options to choose from for everything. Very helpful for families with lot of members to buy quality items at a reasonable price. It's a one stop shop, where you can buy clothes, shoes, cosmetics, toys, bedding, kitchen items, DVDs and plenty other things like confectionery and soft drinks too. All they need is more staff at the check outs as not everyone likes self serve check outs. Cost cutting is not everything and pls employ more staff. Lately they have stopped selling DVD's and I would really urge them to start selling them again.

The Big W store in Rouse Hill Town Centre is nice and huge! The store is well stocked , well spaced and very arranged.It has a separate birthday section which makes it very easy to purchase everything related a birthday from balloons to decorations and costumes all at one place.The chocolate section is well stocked as well with good deals from time to time. Watch the catalog for exact discount information.

Need more staff on the service desk. I had to wait 10-15 mins. However, the lady who served me was polite and efficient. The door greeter is always happy and friendly.

One stop shop for day to day life stuff. You may get good deals at times. I have bought brand new items on more then 50% discount. Customer service is good and friendly staff.

Went to return some clothes and they wouldn't take it because the cardboard was torn, reason for the return is that it was not at all the same thing as on the packaging, false and deceitful waste of money. Won't ever shop at Big W again

Fantastic range. Plenty of stock. Very clean. Depending on who is greeting at the front they will offer you a trolley without needing a coin. Staff are friendly and helpful. AMAZING things in the party area.
