We bought a beautiful mattress over the weekend. Esnider, the sweet lady at Snooze Bankstown helped us pick our mattress. Esnider went above and beyond to make sure everything is in order for us. Her impeccable knowledge about the different ranges of mattresses, care instructions, and the time she took to help us find the right fit and also helped us with instore pick up - are deeply admirable. Sofie was excellent to deal with. She helped me select a mattress i really liked and spent the time to explain my options in great detail. She was also very patient and gave me the space i needed to try the mattress and weigh my options. Were returning customers after the amazing service Anna had given us on our first visit a while ago. We had come into the store and were so glad to see her again, she has a very lovely smile, is amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and super accommodating. Anna was VERY patient with us, as we had spent quite a while bouncing back and forth on a few options, but It was all so easy at the end trusting her expertise. We loved that she had us properly try multiple options to narrow down exactly which mattress was best suited to our bodies. Despite the fact we had a budget in mind, Anna was able to still work with us on so many amazing options. She treated us like loyal customers which I'm glad to say we easily are now. I would definitely recommend visiting Anna at the Bankstown Snooze if you want an amazing experience. I know we definitely will be retuning for all our bedding needs. Lovely staff and excellent customer service. I was unsure as to the type of mattress to buy. Peter was so helpful and patient explaining the different types of mattresses available. At no time did I feel any pressure to hurry up and decide which mattress to buy. I am so happy with my purchase and cannot recommend this store with its current employees highly enough.
