Reemas laser clinic has no regard for clients who are unsatisfied with their service. They won’t offer up a simple apology and acknowledge an error that was made by their staff. Instead they’d rather scream and shout obscenities at the ex client. My 60yo mother went in for a routine laser hair removal for her face. Almost immediately after she noticed something didn’t feel right, she was burnt red from her cheeks up to the bottom of her eyes and forehead. The next day her face turned black. Her face was burnt black by the staff at Reemas. It has been months since the incident and her face hasn’t fully recovered. Doctors said any closer to her eye and she could’ve been made permanently blind.Staff have unsympathetically tried to fob the blame off themselves and try to take control of the situation by attempting to scare and confuse the victim. Staff would shout at her to get out of the store, threaten to call the police and video record her.

i love knowing i have an appointment with Natalia at Reema's Laser Clinic because i feel so comfortable and the customer service is beyond amazing. i always recommend RLC to my family and friends and i speak highly about my experiences always.

Got my eye brow waxed here and the lady took some skin off. The lady sent me off without showing me the mirror so she obviously knew the wax was too hot. I was extremely disappointed she didn't tell me she screwed up prior to leaving the clinic as these things do happen, but at least let me know. I sent an email with photos attached and never got a reply, not even an apology.
