Have been there twice. First experience was normal, second, not so much. My boyfriend and i went to go wash our clothes there. it was our first time using the washing machines and i guess we put too many clothes in. We left to go get a drink and came back 10 minutes later. The old man sees that we parked in front of the laundromat so he proceeds to make his way to our car and make us wind the window down. He starts telling us that he watched us over the cameras and that we put too many clothes in one machine. We apologised and said it won’t happen again. When our clothes were done i go in to collect them and while he’s in the laundromat. i go to walk away with what i thought was all of our clothes. he then stops me and says that he put half of our clothes in a different washing machine. I was taken back by this, feeling uncomfortable that he went through our washing. I ignored it and waited for the other clothes to finish washing. while i was waiting he left and when he drove past us he beeped. Might not be as weird but overall, really terrible experience and by reading other reviews we’re not the only ones that think so. Do not go here if you want your clothes being gone through! Ridiculous!

Used to be a good and convinient service but not anymore. Have cut down times. $1 for 6mins instead of 8mins which it used to be until last week.Almost half of the dryers carry a out of order" sign during busy hours. And to add to the surprise the rude old guy who works there appears from nowhere and pulls off the sign and says "it works". And when you question him about the "out of order" sign he blasts at the customers saying that's none of their business. In most of those instances (the out of order machines) i had to argue my case that the clothes were still wet and soggy after $4 = 32min HIGH temp rounds given they were loaded up to the recommended level. Few times i was given back the coins to use another dryer and the guy keeps swearing at me behind my back and slams dryer doors once loaded as if i had done something wrong. And then every single minute he opens the door

First time user of this laundromat but was due to wash my quilt and bed cover - the big machines available at this business were my only viable option. I had seen some of the other average reviews but I had no issues as was described. The change machine worked fine, the washing machine had clear instructions and I could read my book while I waited. The wash seemed to be effective and cost me $10. Next time I'll be sure to wipe the inside of the machine first before using it because there was a little bit of dirt residue. I didn't use the dryers so can't comment on them. Only one other person entered the place while I was there (middle of the day) so it was quiet.I'll be back next time I have a large item or two to wash - easy.

Went to wash my bed sheet, rude old man comes up to me with no introduction and says get it out or I'm going to throw it on the street. Still stunned by his comment, he continues to raise his voice yelling the sheet is to big. Okay speak to me politely and we can sort it out, what a rude owner please work on your manners and customer service skills.

Fantastic service and thanks for the guy who works there .He was very helpful and respectful . It was my first time there but he showed me how washing and dryer machines work . Thanks I will be regular customer here .

Fantastic because it’s 24/7

Owner is a grumpy old and a very rude man. Apparently socks and baby clothes are too dirty to be washed in his machine. We had put the clothes in the wash and he wasn’t there and went across the street to get some food as we got back he had our clothes out in front of the store on the foot path and he was on the phone with the police, ‘apparently’. He said that he hadn’t seen us there before and wishes not see us in the future. Also the only sign there says no pet bedding. Refund doesn’t exist.

If you want a creepy old man to stare at you and continually go through your clothes interrupting the cycle and wasting your money then definitely pay this place a visit. Told me straight to my face that the first 6 minutes of a dryer cycle don’t do anything to make sure you have to put in extra money each time.Had a go at me when I asked him not to go through the running machine with our clothes in it because they’re “his machines and he can touch them if he wants”Continuously grabs clothes out of your hand and takes the coins to show you the “proper way to load a machine” no matter how many times you ask him to stop.Leers at my girlfriend every time she walks in to the point where she feels uncomfortable going near the place without me.Basically, this place is great if you take away the creepy owner who seems to be there 24/7 and does not understand personal space.

Never coming back.I have been here loads especially during winter. Though it is expensiveWe just walked out before my washing was finished because the man/owner was unhappy with my kids.I really do apologise if my kids were too noisy but they are kids. I didn't realise laundromats were meant to be such a quiet place.Never expected to have to leave a laundromat.Pretty unhappy. Luckily ridgehaven have a beautiful new, cheaper and faster laundromat.

Never had a problem, the owners are quite friendly (even when I had a very noisy 3 year old) always kept tidy, asfor those that don't understand the fill size is so the machines don't break due to weight. Common sense so rare its a super power..
