Dave the worker in the factory is rude and I’ve been using r and r for years. This is the first time I’ve had issues and it’s purely based around his performance

Six days after contacting them for a quote,they have not bothered to get back to me.

Hands down the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. Sorry to any nice, helpful people that work there but the lady at the front desk that served me was not only rude but unwilling to help with any questions I had. Had I not driven 30 mins to get there I would have walked out. On top of that my order took 8 days when they said it would take 2-3. I would be very concerned if I owned a business and had that lady working for me. Will never go back there and would advise others the same. 1 star because the young fella out the back when I picked up my order was helpful with a great attitude. To the lady at the front desk try walking out the back and taking notes on how to serve a customer from a kid that’s 30-40 years younger than you!

Good place for fast materials. Make sure you check everything is loaded as if it’s missing, they don’t help out , you have to re buy it

If you want something, they have it and deliver it with a smile. The staff are honest, caring and really lovely. I would always choose to shop here
