Ordered takeaway waffles as UberEATS, and I managed to bite into an opened staple. No idea how it fell into the food, but I called to inform them but the manager denied the possibility of it happening. I wasn't trying to ask for a free dessert, and just wanted provide feedback, and maybe have them consider an alternative method of closing the paper bag, e.g. with tape. I shudder to think how much worse it could be if it's a child was eating it, or if it didn't lodge in my gums and I had swallowed it instead...

Ordered macadamia ice cream this pm , it had a really bad chemical aftertaste , went back to complain . Lovely girl behind counter was apologetic but said she had to speak to her manager , he came over I told him it didn’t taste right , had a chemical unfiltered water taste , he tasted the ice cream from his display counter and stated it tasted fine and walked off ! I have never experienced such rudeness and bad customer service before , we have purchased ice cream from this shop many times before and have always been happy with our purchase.I asked them to put my ice cream in bin and I will not be returning there againThe chemical taste was probably from the water that she was rinsing her scoop out in .

It's unfortunate that is place is busy but not enough staff working. The last few times we been here seems to be the same issue.2 people working and people waiting inline to be serve and us waiting for our coffee. Then coffee came n it was borderline warm to cold. Poor guy making the coffee having to make the coffee and taking it to customers.Management need to put on extra staff and not think about saving money, if this goes on I'm going to South Perth instead.

Yes we went back again. I think their ice cream is far too good to stay away from, especially when it is hot. Surprisingly easy to find parking at, and not too far to stop by on our way just about anywhere.

I recently visited this charming coffee shop and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.The coffee was some of the best I've had in a long time. The baristas were knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, and it really showed in the quality of the drinks. I tried their classic waffle and it was absolutely delicious - rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced.What really stood out to me about this coffee shop was the attention to detail. Everything from the decor to the music to the presentation of the drinks and food was thoughtful and well-executed.Overall, I would highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a cozy spot to enjoy some delicious waffle and food. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is inviting, and the quality of the drinks and food is top-notch. I can't wait to come back!

Ordered VEGAN FRIENDLY due to health issues, served a cone that contained dairy which then made me instantly sick. Asked staff member BRITT (who served me), she asked another staff member who said opposite to Britts advice confirming it did have dairy. Both staff members both rudely mocked and laughed when I said I’m now sick from eating that.
