Bad service and communication. Battery was dead rang battery now and was told yes we can have some one there in about 2 hrs. Waited 2 1/2hrs heard nothing so rang back. Was told they would ring the guy. Another 20 mins went by then another person rang saying he can’t do it now he will do it tomorrow. Needed it done today. Said would get some one else. Then get a message saying if you can’t get anyone I’ll do it.

this company is a total ripof, we ordered and paid $880 for two 120 amp hr batteries that were to be delivered on the 9th June but they didnt arrive , I contacted them and was told that the delivery driver went home sick, told they would deliver next day .we were moving house on the 10th and delayed our move till 2.00pm only to get a message from them saying they couldnt deliver and to send bank details for a refund which we didhere we are now the 28th June and still no refunjd we have phoned and messaged them on numorus occasions and told lots of stories but still no refund so DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Liam came out on New Year's day while we were holidaying near Newcastle and changed our battery. He was very professional and the cost was very reasonable. He came out very quick and the whole experience was fantastic.

Broke down at the beach. Arrived at the agreed time and swapped out the battery fast. Paid on the spot with card which was super handy. Very nice bloke running a solid business. Great price for top quality battery with 3 year warranty! Highly recommended. Cheers for getting me back on the road.
