Ordered a toaster and was made the wrong one, then was told I ordered the wrong thing. Female staff member was extremely rude and obviously should not be working in customer service. If I could leave less that one star I would, I will never go back. The sandwich was also terrible.

Just dropped off a friend at Ballina airport and on the way back to the highway for our road trip to Sydney stopped in for a couple of takeaway coffees and some banana bread! Super friendly staff and excellent coffees - thanks! Banana bread was yummy... definitely worth enjoying the coffee made with love!

The last three cappuccinos that I have brought from here have been disappointing.They were made in a rush. There was no foam of milk on top. I was drinking a plain white coffee.So get your act together. I would not give any stars at all and will be telling my friends and family not to buy cappuccinos from here.
