A basic but good value accommodation. Clean. Friendly owner, and all around great venue at reasonable price. Would visit again for sure.

What a fluke find by me... pulled into town on my motorcycle wet and freezing cold from a freak storm. From getting at reception, to assistance with drying all my wet gear and an amazing restaurant food to warm the inside. The rooms and very clean and tidy to boot. Pool area looks very clean and I'm sure an exceptional addition on a warmer day ☺️ A very happy find. Well done Daryl and team.

Daryl the Chef checked me in with a very welcoming demeanour. The room was comfortable and clean. I ate in the restaurant and had the rump steak that was cooked to perfection. The rump was the best quality I’ve eaten outside of Tasmania and at only $30 is exceptional value. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms were well presented. Had a novel on the side table for me to read. The water pressure in the shower was great and the meals were spectacular. Breakfast lunch dinner dessert all 5/5 stars hat off to the chef. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Great place to stay, we were driving through and stopped in about 6pm, they had a room available that was excellent. Big TV, comfy beds, aircon, pool, etc. All really nice, much nicer than the other hotels we quickly looked at in the area!!Price was very affordable and the restaurant had really nice meals.Definitely recommend staying at Peppercorn Motel if your stopping in the area.

First time in Clermont so an interesting place, Peppercorn motel was nice, clean n tidy rooms although a little dated. Food was great, we both had Pasta, was fresh. Recommended for travellers passing through.

Do not stay here, the manager had a bad attitude the whole week and was very rude and unaccommodating. Rooms were pretty average to.10/10 would not stay here!!!

Lovely and peaceful. Rang Sandy last minute and luckily she had just had a cancellation and was more than happy to accommodate. The room was cosy and the food delicious. Just what you want after 8 hours on the road. Sandy was super nice too. Such a nice place to stay.
