Colourful Nails

Called early to book an appointment and showed up on time. They had me sit and just watch the nail tech do the woman's nails sitting next to me for 15 minutes. Then she started to do mine and before painting, just stopped. Made me wait another 20 minutes to do another person's nails right next to me and then a different nail tech had to come and finish mine. They didn't do anything for my cuticles and it literally looks like they're already grown out a few days even though I got them done TODAY. There's also bubbles and unevenness on my nails. $25 but it was NOT worth it.

Awful experience. DO NOT GO HERE. My nails feel awful look wobbly and the nail art looks like it's been done by a toddler, I confirmed with the girl several times throughout my sitting the cost and services at the end of the session when it came time to pay she requested that I pay an extra $1 for using EFTPOS which I did agree to however she added an additional $10 to the price and then became argumentative when I cleared it and I had to leave and I am now having to report it through the bank because they are dishonest they are bad service it was a red flag when they made one other lady in the nail salon cry during her service and two other women came in saying that their nails had been broken within the past week of getting it done and I stupidly ignored all these red flags but when I was overcharged for Subpar ugly bad nails it was the last straw. I'm very angry that I was accosted and gaslighted and ripped off

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever visited.They out do themselves every time, and are so friendly.I’m not sure how to upload a photo but they did beautiful prints such as French tip with hearts and a beautiful zebra print on the next set.

The girls at Colourful nails are great. Very happy with my SNS nails, pedicure and waxing.Have been going to Sally and the girls for over 3 years now, they are always smiling and happy to help where they can. The salon is very clean and tidy. Thanks Sally welcome back!!!!!Deb

Hygienic facilities, fast service, great range of colours for both SNS and shellac, minimal wait time and good prices. I always leave very happy with my nails.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I've been there twice with my daughters and they have done a fenomenal job. I am undergoing chemotherapy, therefore must be extra cautious not to get any cuts, and viruses and bacteria in general, due to my compromised immune system. I can honestly say that Colourful Nails are extremely hygienic and careful and the staff are friendly and profesional. My nails look amazing!

These ladies always do a great job. They can get busy so sometimes you have to wait but it’s worth it.

The worst experience ever. Don't waste your time and money.Racist alert.I made an appointment and they started 30 minutes late, The girl tried to put a color on me that I did not ask for (although I showed her what I wanted) she excused herself saying that they did not have that color and that she could do it if I chose shellac, I said no problem, she began to speak with the manager or owner or and found a similar color to the one I had originally asked for. She did a bad job so I asked to do it again. She tried to explain that it was because my skin colour ( I'm a black woman) which is racist and unprofessional. The owner tried to fix the situation and told her to do it again, the woman did not want to remove all the nail polish so she tried to put another color on the old one and this was the last straw for me.Terrible and unprofessional service if you live in the area do yourself a favor and avoid wasting time and money in this place.

This place has gone totally down hill. I always used to come here but the quality and service is nothing like it used to be. I was kept waiting which I didn’t mind what I do mind is when the owner started doing my nails that she kept stopping all the time talking on her phone constantly. As soon as she hung up she was dialling other numbers so I was just sitting there watching her talking stopping all the time it was such bad customer service. She didn’t even hear me asking her if she could cut my nails because she was too busy on her phone. I ended up walking out in the end she came running after me trying to pull me back in by my arm so I told her firmly to not touch me like that. I will never go back to this place. Plenary of other places that are more professional and care about your nails.
