I contacted John about fixing my Huawei mate 9 cracked screen. He said that he had the screen in stock which a lot of other places I contacted didnt have. I took it into him and he fixed it that same day. I highly recommend John. Excellent Service!

Gave my phone in to have a screen repair, got it back in a few days. $450 (more than the phone costs) only to have the screen lifting in less than a week and a crack slowly spreading across the screen. Phone screen ended up completely lifting and cracking even more. Honestly not worth the travel and money, only use this place as a last resort.

Good service. They found an extra problem with my phone but did their best to give me a good price and shortest possible turnaround time. I would use them again. (Also much quicker than a place I took my tablet to a few years ago, which required multiple visits and sitting and waiting in a queue for ages!)

Mr. John is doing fantastic job. Very quick repair service and very clear communication. The good thing about this phone repair shop is that the gentlemen is Electronics engineer and they are using genuine part to repair the phone. Its been 3 month now, I had repair done here and phone is working absolutely like new. I highly recommend this shop for your next phone repair. Well done team..You are the best.

I brought in a Iphone11 Pro Max with cracked rear Screen, went to pick it up the NFC reader has stopped working, ITook phone as they had to wait parts to fix it.I received a phone call to bring phone back for repair, i do this but wrong parts have arrived, he wanted to keep phone overnight, i say no!! Go back to get phone and now Face ID has failed also, upon bringing the phone back and picking it up again he tells the me Face ID Issue is a Apple problem he cant fix, So essentially these guys ruined my $2000 phone and its not their problem. Use at your own risk oh and still charged me for the Cracked rear glass.STAY AWAY !!!!!!

Brilliant service! From booking the appointment on the website to fixing up my (obscure brand) phone and even offering to put on a new screen protector on it. Great work! Will definitely recommend.

Not that happy. I booked on line for same day service and then thought I would help out by dropping my phone in the night before. When I got there to pick it up 24 hours later he had just started it and I had to wait for 45 minutes. Blame was levelled at supplier of screen etc . Then I got phone home and it didn't connect effectively to network - so I had to take it back and he had to pull it apart again (30 minutes) only to find that in the process of screen replacement he had unplugged the aerial . He's a lovely guy and was most apologetic and if it wasn't for this I would give less stars . The place looks very messy and unprofessional but he obviously knows his stuff. I will probably use them again but I will be very very strong with my instructions to avoid any further frustration.

My phone has been bothering me for ages. I was considering buying a new one. They fixed it in 2 hours for 1/2 the price they quoted. Excellent service and very fast.

Friendly and helpful staff, efficient service, very competitive price in comparison to other Adelaide businesses.This is the first time I have broken a phone screen, and the new screen which replaced the original screen seems to be slightly different in colour (I have iPhone 7) the new screen is good, but it's not as clear as the old one, and the colour of the screen now looks slightly more blue, and also the keyboard doesn't seem as efficient as what it was prior to the screen being replaced. Sometimes the buttons and keys become stuck (especially around the sides and in the top right and left hand corners).
