Lots of cover parking, weather proof. There are 3 big halls. Staffs are well educated for different customs. Phillip is well known in the industry with decades of experience, very reliable. Our families and friends are relieved to let Ausia to take care of everything. Price is very clear and transparent. No hidden cost.

I do not recommend this funeral service at all. They provide absolutely the worst customer service possible. During times when compassion is required, they do not have any for grieving family and friends.

My Dad passed away recently, Chu/Tiem Vinh and Chu Hoang An and all of the staff there were excellent ,they help our family from beginning to end by taking care of everything. Its was stress free when we needed it the most. Thank you from all if our families here and in NZ and we definitely recommended them highly.
